My services are crafted with these goals in mind and pricing is based on the needs of your specific project. Your unique situation determines how many hours (or days) I believe it will take to complete. Below I give you a general idea of how long different projects could take. However, please understand that project times vary significantly depending on the size of the space, the quantity of items within the space, the speed at which decisions are made about decluttering, and the extent of product implementation. My professional fees do not include product.

My Scheduling Process

The first step in your organization journey is requesting a discovery call with me.
During this complimentary session you will have the opportunity to share the specifics of your desired project through conversation and pictures. (In some situations I may even request a video call.) This first phone call together will give me the chance to hear about your unique story and space, answer any questions you may have, and confirm whether or not Functional Spaces is the perfect match for your project goals.
From there we can schedule your in-home consultation.

Scheduling Your In-Home Consultation
After our call I will send you a link to my calendar to select a day and time for an in-home consultation with me. During this time, I conduct a personalized assessment about your space. My goal is to better understand your unique goals, challenges, and style for this organization project. I will take time to share creative ideas and inspiration to help you envision the potential of your space.
Whether it is an overflowing closet, a cluttered kitchen, or a chaotic playroom, I will show you how organization can transform your home and give peace of mind. I also photograph and measure the room or area extensively to help craft a proposal that is tailor-made for you. This service is offered for just $75 and is an affordable way to gain valuable insights toward a more organized, stress-free home. There is no pressure to commit to further services. Should you decide my professional organizing expertise is the right fit for you, the fee will be credited to your project.

Your Detailed Proposal
After our consultation I go to work assembling your proposal. I formulate a plan, research various options for product, and determine how long the project should take me. I put all of this information into a file and email it to you for evaluation. You are encouraged to look this over carefully and give feedback on any needed changes. After a final tweaking, the approved proposal is signed by you and returned to me with a 50% downpayment. This entire seamless process is done electronically.
